That man has got so much swagger, he has been able to get the Entire City of Concord and the surrounding areas to “BOW DOWN!!”

Speedway Motorsports Inc (Lowe’s Motor Speedway) and the Power that is NASCAR, in these here parts….
Just imagine - having a business and a new concept - the city threatens they don’t like your concept and they won’t support it. You threaten to pull out and begin entertaining bids to move to other cities. Soon, you have a street named after you, a “crap load of concessions” and yeah, that idea they all hated, - Well, it opens in September 2008!!!!
